Making Your Meeting Group Visible to the Public

Advanced meeting groups can be made visible to the public.  With this option selected you can share your BlueSky URL (xxxx.blueskymeeting.com) and visitors will be able to view your scheduled meetings, approved agendas, and approved minutes without logging in to the site.  You can also use embeddable widgets on your site with publicly viewable meeting groups.  

To enable this feature in your advanced meeting groups follow the following steps:

1. Select Edit in the Settings Tab of your Meeting Group
   
2. Select the checkbox labeled Visible to the Public
   

Please note that Publicly Viewable Meeting Groups is available in Advanced Meeting Groups and not Available is Simple Meeting Groups. 

Public viewing of meeting groups is read only, visitors will not be able to edit or modify your meetings without logins and appropriate permissions.
