Meeting Videos

In BlueSky you can add videos to your meetings after they're complete, well really you can add them before they're complete, but if you figure out a way to record the meeting before it happens let us know, we wanna get in on the ground floor of that.  

Once you create your meeting you'll see an option when you edit your meeting details to add a link to your meeting video.

In the edit meeting details section you can enter your video link so that your visitors can view your video right from BlueSky.  Currently only You Tube links are supported.

Once you enter your meeting video into the meeting details you'll receive a new icon in your meeting details that users can click to view your video right in BlueSky.  

Please note that currently only You Tube videos are supported and video can only be attached to the meeting as a whole.  We are working to expand this feature to include items and other options, if you have ideas for how to make this feature work with your organization better please let us know through our Ideas Portal.
